Training Programs Built for Every Wrestler

Delich Trained is built to meet wrestlers where they are and push them to the next level. From first-year athletes to state champs, every session is planned with purpose, intensity, and clear goals.

High-intensity, short-term training blocks that lock in key skills like set-ups, attacks, tilts, and defense. Wrestlers get focused reps, detailed coaching, and competitive situations that transfer straight to competition.

One-on-one and small-group sessions tailored to each wrestler. We attack problem areas, sharpen strengths, and build confidence through drilling, film review, and game planning.

Athlete Testimonials

"Brett's ability to teach youth wrestlers technique is unmatched. Within a few months of working with him my son's neutral game was totally transformed. I credit Brett the most for my son's recent success at the national level."

– Eric Tse

“Brett Delich is, without question, an elite wrestling trainer and one of the most impactful coaches my family has ever known. My son Brady Martin has been training with Brett since he was just 6 years old. Over the years, we’ve watched Brady grow from a young boy into an accomplished wrestler under Brett’s guidance. Brady is a 4-time youth state champion, 5-time youth state finalist, 3-time high school state finalist, and a high school state champion. None of this would have been possible without Brett’s coaching and mentorship.Brett’s influence on Brady has been so profound that we made the decision to move our entire family to Tonganoxie just so Brady could train with him full-time. When Brady expressed his dream of wrestling in college, Brett took him under his wing, molded him both technically and mentally, and developed him into the athlete he is today. Thanks to Brett, Brady has earned multiple college wrestling scholarships. What sets Brett apart is his rare ability to take a wrestler and make them noticeably better every single year. His program is proven—time and time again. He doesn’t just coach technique; he builds champions with character, work ethic, and an unbreakable mindset. We are incredibly grateful for everything Brett has done for our son and our family. If you’re looking for the best wrestling training available, I can’t recommend Brett Delich highly enough.— Jeremy Martin"

"My son attended every one of these camps last year, and his development was exponential. He beat every kid he lost to the previous season and even won two local tournaments at the bottom of the 10U age bracket.

These camps are intentionally small, with lots of one-on-one attention focused on technique and repetition. Each session zeroes in on a few key positions your wrestler will encounter in every match. By drilling these situations repeatedly with multiple partners, wrestlers gain the confidence and skill to win more close matches.

If your wrestler struggles to finish tough matches or simply wants to refine their technique, I highly encourage you to register!"

— Todd Sliski

The Delich Training Philosophy

My coaching style is built around one core idea: position wins matches. Everything we do—whether it’s drilling, live wrestling, or situational work—is focused on creating, improving, and winning positions. I teach athletes to understand where they are, how to get to better positions, and how to stay there with confidence. We don’t just go through the motions—we slow things down, master technique, and learn how to troubleshoot when things aren’t perfect. As wrestlers gain confidence in strong positions, they become more aggressive, more offensive, and more dangerous. The goal is simple: consistently gain better positions, control those positions, and turn them into points.
